Offered Service
HENGSION guarantee that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal usage. If a product should fail within warranty period, the product could be:
Ø Repaired;
Ø Replaced with a new unit;
Ø Replaced with an equivalent repaired product with same function;
Ø Fully refunded according to the purchase price if repair or replacement is impossible.
Service description
Ø The warranty is not limited to either the repair or replacement of the defective product during its warranty period.
Ø If a product is found to be defective within 3 months from the shipping date from HENGSION and properly installed and used, which is called Defect on Arrival (DOA), an expedited replacement service will be provided. In this case, customers should contact HENGSION technical support for verification first.
Ø After 3 months from the shipping date from HENGSION, the customer must contact HENGSION sales person before sending the defective product to HENGSION for repair service.
Ø About products’ firmware configurations and storage devices contained within products, the settings and data in the products should be backed up before sending for repair. We are not responsible for any loss of settings or data.
Ø Repaired or replaced products are warrantied for 90 days from the date of repair or replacement, or the remainder of the original warranty period. The longer one is adopted here. If your product needs repair, HENGSION’s customer service is by your side.
Exclusions from Warranty
A product will not be covered by warranty in any of the following situations:
Ø Out of warranty period.
Ø Defects resulting from ordinary wear and tear.
Ø Defects attributed to any accidental damage, improper usage, modification, adaptation, purchasers’ or representatives’ negligence, improper storage or installation in toxic or acid, mobile and/or instable environments not in accordance with the specifications of external electrical fault.
Ø Defects resulting from usage of the product or accessories not in accordance with HENGSION’s published user manual.
Ø Defects resulting from any service, maintenance or repair executed by a third part other than HENGSION, service provider or third party authorized by HENGSION.
Ø Defects resulting from natural disaster, including but not limited to lightning, flooding, earthquake, fire, etc.
Ø The product has an altered and/or damaged serial number.
Ø The warranty for customized and ODM products are defined by contract, and excluded from this policy.
